Katy Perry and Ashlee Simpson have both hit the red carpet in a Temperley London flowing number this year. But who comes out on top?! Katy wore her's back in April to ASCAP Pop Music Awards, but Ashlee stepped out in the same dress a whole six months later!

In comparison to Ashlee's striking short crop and gold clutch bag. Katy's nearly falling out of the dress whereas the dress is falling off Ashlee! I really can't decide, but as Katy got their first I think she gets extra points.
