Solomon Yogalates For Weight Loss

Listen up yoga and pilates fans! Here's the ideal fitness DVD for your workout. Louise Solomon brings to you 'Solomon Yogalates For Weight Loss'. A healthy way to lose weight and feel great in 28 days. This yogalate and fitness expert claims her DVD provides real results for real people... Just like us!
 
 
Solomon Yogalates includes three different workouts. The first being focussed on the tummy and upper body, by toning and sculpting the arms and abs. Workout number two targets the lower body, including the buttocks and legs. Both of these workouts last around twenty five minutes each. There's a third section too called 'instant abs' - a fifteen minute intense abdominal workout to create faster results. I've tried all of these sessions and wow do they make you ache the next day! But it's a good kind of ache. It shows that your muscles are toning up by the second! Each workout was easy to follow, even if you're new to yogalates. There's an optional beginner position for nearly all of the yogalate moves. Louise gives tips on how to stretch your muscles even further if you're a yogalate pro, so this DVD really is suitable for everyone of all abilities. You also don't need to worry if you've had previous injuries. Louise points out what stretch not to do for certain injuries. She especially mentions neck and back problems during the DVD, so take it easy if you suffer from either of these!
 
This DVD is recommended to be used at least three times a week for noticeable results within a month. Louise also suggests that if you stick to it for over three months, then you'll be a changed person! But a healthy balanced diet is to be undertaken alongside the use of this DVD. Please note that you shouldn't do this workout if you're pregnant. However, it's ideal for post-natal women.
 
Solomon Yogalates isn't just useful for weightloss - it's also great to prevent stress! There's a relaxation session on the DVD which really calms the mind and cleanses the body. It only lasts around five to ten minutes but definitely chills you out and calms you down. An amazing way to detox and destress. Louise is a genius!
 
I really recommend Solomon Yogalates for people who don't enjoy vigorous exercise (like me!) such as running or cycling. It's a fun and less physical way to keep fit. Yogalates does wear you out and get you in a sweat but without having to run round the block or cycle for miles. You can take part in yogalates in the comfort of your own home. So do you want to buy it? If so, head to eBay! I got my brand new copy for £7.99 from a seller called 'btr_direct', which I think is a bargain for this workout.
