The Queen's Visit To Worcester

As part of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations, her Majesty and Prince Phillip visited my local city of Worcester today! My Mom took the day off work and we headed up on the train. It was a brilliant day out! We waited for the Queen for over an hour in the sun and showers but it was completely worth it. There was a great atmosphere in Worcester city centre and it looked so festive. Here are some photos for you to enjoy...

The Guild Hall looked so pretty!

Waiting for The Queen with our flags and coffee.

The sun decided to make an appearance.

The crowds gathering with anticipation!

The highstreet looked very British!

I can't believe I managed to get such a good photo of The Queen! She looked beautiful in her light pink outfit and her hat was gorgeous. Her Majesty was smiling and waving during all three seperate times that we saw her. She's marvellous!

There was an electric atmosphere in Worcester city centre. I felt proud to be British!

Pretty and creative gloves outside the Guild Hall.

The Queen had lunch here at the Guild Hall.

Beautiful flower displays outside the Guild Hall!
